At Soul Pilates, we offer only the genuine Pilates method in a fully equipped studio. All of our instructors have undergone extensive training, have a caring approach to teaching and can cater for all ages and needs. The studio is recognised by the APMA and provides a bright and spacious environment in which to exercise.

Pilates exercises work several muscle groups at the same time, stretching one while strengthening another. It is one of the few exercise methods that can be safely undertaken during recovery and rehabilitation from injury and is an excellent discipline for maintaining health and fitness during pregnancy.
